The Comprehensive College & Career Readiness Package is designed to guide high school juniors and seniors through every stage of the postsecondary planning process. This package provides structured, personalized support to help students make informed decisions about their academic, career, and college pathways. For Juniors, the program focuses on exploration and preparation. Students engage in college and career assessments, build a balanced college list, and begin developing strong academic and extracurricular profiles. The counselor provides guidance on SAT/ACT planning, course selection, and résumé building. Students also receive introductory support with essay brainstorming and an overview of the application process, financial aid basics, and scholarship opportunities. For Seniors, the program emphasizes execution and transition. Students receive step-by-step support with college applications, including essay development, application completion, and submission timelines. The coach assists with interpreting admission requirements, requesting recommendation letters, and organizing deadlines. Additional guidance is provided for financial aid completion (FAFSA/CSS Profile), scholarship applications, and comparing acceptance offers.
